[CH] Cayenne Pepper Sauce Testing

Last night, with dinner, I decided to do a test of
several cayenne pepper sauces. What started it was a
friend sent me a bottle of Texas Pete's. Now, I know
that Texas Pete's isn't that hot but I had never
tasted it before. So, I pulled out bottles of most of
my cayenne sauces and went to work:
Texas Pete's
Frank's Red Hot
Tabasco (I know it isn't a cayenne sauce)
Crystal Hot Sauce
Of all of them, Texas Pete's was the only one with any
real heat. It was low heat, but it was heat. Frank's
had lots of flavor but no real heat, same with Crystal
and Tabasco. Of all of them, Frank's had the most
flavor and Tabasco had the worst flavor. Crystal had
no flavor or heat really.
I was surprised to find that Texas Pete's actually had
some heat. Wow. I actually liked it.
