Hmm, poblanos cheaper than bells.  I loaded up on a bunch of those, and 
cubanelles, and jalapenos.  Yesterday I slow-roasted a small fresh picnic 
ham in my Le Creuset oval roaster, along with a bunch of cubanelles and 
poblanos.  I have to admit I haven't tasted that yet, since we ate the 
enchiladas I made.
