Homemade Mexican Chorizo

2 cloves garlic
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 1/2 Tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon Tequila
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 pounds ground pork

Mash 2 cloves garlic in 1 teaspoon salt. Add vinegar, tequila, chili powder,
1 1/2 teaspoon salt, ground pork. Mix these together well and fry until
brown.
Break up with fork while frying. Use for tacos, gorditos. Can also be shaped
into patties and fried for breakfast.
