I boil them up with fruit, sugar, white vinegar and spices and make nice hot sauces and chutneys. Be sure to only use one type of fruit or you will confuse the taste. In NZ we have the Feijoa which has a very unique taste, but I also recommend Kiwi Fruit, Green Tomatoes or Mango...so lush, tropical and bitingly hot!!!
Also Habs are perfect for this as well, as their tropical flavour lends itself perfectly!!!

yum yum, burning bum!!!

Subject: [CH] uses for bishop's crowns

Hi All,

I've been using bishop's crown chiles, whole, in chilli and curries and
very good they are, too - but I'm wondering. How do others use them?
All suggestions gratefully accepted.

Greetings
Darryl
