[CH] Hot Cheese

Friends from Holland have arrived over here and, as promised, brought with
them the Frico Hot Cheese I had been waiting for. Just couldn't wait to
sample this almost legendary Hot Cheese.
Not sure just what I expected from it, but have to admit a measure of
dissapointment. First it was very salty, which is unusual in Cheese.
Secondly I was expecting to experience a decent degree of hotness, but was
amazed to find that I could detect none.
The picture on the label was, (correct me if I am wrong) of a Thai Hot or
maybe a Red Cayenne. Thats what led me to think it would be hot. Ah well, I
suppose we have to expect some dissapointments in life and this one was
certainly that. So back to searching the world for that illusory Hot Cheese.
