Try the Zagat surveys. Anybody can vote on any restaurant. Formerly free, but subscription required since Fri, 4 Oct 2002 12:58:14 -0400 (EDT), try spending $15 for ~ 20,000 (and growing) CUSTOMER-RATED restaurants:
