The Hot and Spicy Food Festival is on again this year in Toronto, on August 22nd - 24th. There is a website, at www.harbourfront.on.ca . An information line exists too, 416-973-4000. I have never actually made it to one of these festivals but I understand that there is a lot of Caribbean food as well as lots of other hot things to try. See, even in Canada.....
