'Who Dares Burns' (By 'Hot Headz', www.hot-headz.com - fairly cool label
too).

Bought some of this on the weekend. Now, I have never tried an extract sauce
before, and had no real desire to, but this was about half normal price, I'd
seen it on chile head web sites etc. and thought 'what the hell (fire)'.

It's pretty good (but not as flavourful as some - I do prefer say, the
Encona one (scotch bonnets and habs)/different - much spicier than most very
hot non extract sauces, 'cos obverously, they can pack the heat in and still
leave room for spices, onion, garlic etc. Didn't notice that burned hair
taste/smell I'd heard mentioned here being common in extract sauces.

It's a brown colour, spicy flavour, and hot as hell with a headache.

Brought it into work Monday, to sample it properly, and give my workmate and
fellow chile-head Abdul a shot at it. We poured a good amount on our food
and got stuck in - sweat, blood, tears, head rushes - the full works
(similar to when I munched on raw scotch bonnets). Quite an experience - I'd
started the day tired (not enough sleep) but after this, I was well and
truly 'up' for the rest of the day - rather stimulating indeed.

Well, any of you out there that are not averse to extract sauces, I'd
recommend you give it a try, if you can find it. At worst, it's one more
bottle for he collection, right?

I did thoroughly enjoy (and am still enjoying) this sauce, however, don't
think I'll be buying more (especially at full price) - I make too much of my
own sauce to justify it, and I generally prefer highly chile-flavoured
sauces to spiced flavoured ones myself.

Cheers CH's!
