Hi,
 I am coordinator and organiser for the Inaugural Fiery foods festival in
conjunction with the Gingin Expo on April 17th 2004. We will be having a
celebrity chef cooking with exhibitors products all day.  We will also be
running bus tours to my chilli farm, sort of an open fields type arrangement
and all sorts of other things hot.
I will let you know more details ASAP but needless to say interest is
already huge both from the industry, media and public. We are looking
forward to a successful event.
The official title is as per the Subject heading. "Gingin Expo Fiery Foods
Festival."
