Here is my adaptation of a sauce I found in Hot &
Spicy & Meatless.

Cappuccino Habanero Sauce

4 shallots, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cappuccino habanero, seeded & minced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsbp key lime juice
2/3 cup boiling water

Combine the shallots, garlic, hab, oil and salt in a
bowl. In a saucepan, boil the water.
Add the oil and salt to the shallot/hab mixture. Mix
well. Add to the boiling water.
Cover and let sit for 1 hour.
Yield: 1-1/2 cups
Heat Scale: HOT
This stuff is HOT. With the Cappuccino Habaneros, the
sauce is a brown-ish color.
