MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Torikatsu (Chicken Cutlets with Hot Sauce) Categories: Hawaii, Chicken, Chilies Yield: 6 servings 2 lb Chicken breasts 1 ts Salt 1/2 c Flour 2 Eggs, beaten 2 c Panko 1 qt Salad oil for frying 1/3 c A-1 Sauce 2 ts Catsup 1 ts Soy sauce 1 ts Sugar 1 ds Pepper Hot pepper sauce; to taste Remove skin and bones from chicken breasts; sprinkle chicken with salt. Dredge in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with panko. Heat oil in electric skillet to 375 degrees F. Fry chicken until golden brown; drain on absorbent paper. Combine remaining ingredients.
