Here's one that was handed down and modified for the POD people. It's what I would call mild as we (wifey doesn't leave me alone with sharp things) only added one hab.

Granny’s Hot Cheese Ball
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ingredients
2- 8 oz cream cheese
4 green onion (chopped)
½ small onion (chopped)
¼ lb shredded Virginia baked ham (chopped)
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon red pepper (or more to your taste)
1 habañero pepper ( or more to your taste) (chopped)
10 or more sliced jalapeño peppers (chopped)
Chopped pecans

Procedure
Soften the cream cheese, then mix with all ingredients except the pecans. Shape into a ball, then roll the ball in the pecans. Chill for at least two hours for the ingredients to mix together. Take out about ½ hour before serving to soften the ball, this will make it easier to serve.
