Kind of depends on what you mean by 'mexican'. If you mean 'chile based', then my vote would be undoubtedly for Santa Fe, NM! The Guadalupe Cafe, Blue Corn, Coyote Cafe (even if over-priced), and Pasquales' make for a pretty impressive line up, IMHO. -Jim C Mild to Wild(R)
