We got somewhere near that here in my part of WI last night also.
Still have a good dozen ripe Savinas on a plant in the entryway. Hope I get to doing
something with them before they rot on the plant. One went into chilli last weekend along
with the last ripe (very small) Hab. from the plant next to it. Turned out a little too hot
for the wife, but she adjusted. ;-)))
