[CH] Hot Sauce Sugestions for a Gift to a Budding Chile-Head

Hi all,

It's been forever (two ISPs and a DSL provider) since I last posted, but
I've been lurking.

My house-mate is a budding Chile-Head, but doesn't know it. He's always
asking about the sauces on the lower shelf of my fridge, and asking for
a recommendation from me as to which to use.

I'd like to give him a few (3-4) bottles to call his own for a Christmas
gift.

His favorites seem to be (in alphabetical order):

  Bufalo Chipotle
  Cholula
  Inner Beauty
  Melinda's Amarillo
  Raging Inferno

So it seems that he likes mustard/sweet/smokey sauces the best. Any
suggestions along these lines would be welcomed (as I'm a digest
subscriber, direct email replies would not be inappropriate).
