I was watching D.I.Y. today, but not too closely. By
the end of the show I noticed that Paul was wearing an
apron that said "Big Jim" on it and showed 3 green
peppers on it, shaped like New Mexican chiles. So I
then noticed that he made things with chiles, salsas
to be exact and then used them with a dish.

I went to their website to see what the recipes were
and they were 2 kinds of salsa and grilled shrimp. I
got the URL for those interested in taking a gander.
