Coming out of lurking mode to weigh in with you on this one. My friends know
that whatever I serve will most likely be hot. They eat it, they remark on
how hot it is but they also leave saying "Wow, that was hot!! but it sure
tasted great!" For my 2 cents worth, just about anyone can make something
blistering hot but not everyone can make it hot AND tasty.
