[CH] Tabasco Mash

Well, Dan & I are back from New Orleans...sigh...  We're going through
withdrawl, so I have a pot of Shrimp Etouffee going on the stove.
Question:  Dan & I drove up to Avery Island on Wednesday to see the Tabasco
Factory.  It was pretty cool!  We bought a 3 lb bag of the Tabasco mash.
They recommended you use a couple of tablespoons in crab/shrimp boil.  Do
any of you have any ideas what we can do with it?  I am currently drying
some in the dehydrator...
