Honey and Hab Glazed Ham
2 cups honey
2 cups brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground cloves
7 to 10 pound cooked ham, bone-in or 6 to 8 pound boneless, cooked ham
Combine honey, brown sugar, vinegar, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Bake 
bone-in ham at 350F 1 hour, basting with honey sauce occasionally. Place in 
broiler to glaze top.
To cook boneless ham, slice halfway through at 1/4-inch intervals, then tie 
with string. Place in roasting pan. Heat honey sauce and pour over ham to 
marinate 24 hours before baking. Then bake at 350 degrees F 1 hour or until 
heated through. Glaze top under broiler, if desired. Serves 6 to 8.

Finishing Glaze
1 1/4 cups packed dark brown sugar
1/3 cup pineapple juice1/3 large orange, juiced and zested
1/3-cup h1/4 teaspoon ground cloves honey
2 tablespoons Habanero pepper sauce (I used our brand any good Hab sauce low 
vinegar content will work)

Combine all ingredients into a pan on medium heat allow to come to a simmer 
and then turn down to low marainet every five minutes for the last 20 on 
375.
