In seeking out new and unusual hot sauces to try, its sometimes easy to
overlook the obvious. I just "discovered" one of the best tasting sauces
I've tried recently, and its one you can get at most any grocery store.
For Christmas, my niece got me a gift set of some of Emeril's sauces. The
green jalepeno sauce is fantastic! Admittedly, its not particularly hot,
but it more than makes up for that in flavor. It tastes just like fresh
jalepenos! I just had some for lunch on pizza, and it tremendously
enhances the flavor of food without overpowering it. For my two cents, I
highly recommend this one. Until next time, BAM!
