[CH] RE: Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Chimayo

I wasn't thinking, or else I would have checked the archives (or posted) 
about suggestions for Albuquerque--I was there last week visiting, but 
didn't have much time for going out anyway (I won't tell you where I went to 
out to eat...! Yikes! It wasn't my choice!!!) DOH! Anyway... we also went to 
Santa Fe, and while we were in the Chile Shop, asked for a restaurant 
recommendation, and we were steered to Maria's on the southside of town. Had 
a tasty bowl of green chile stew (and a damn fine margarita too).  Has 
anyone else eaten there?

How about suggestions for Albuquerque and Santa Fe recommendations for 
future trips...?  We passed by Rancho de Chimayo, but had to get to Santa Fe 
by a certain time, so we didn't stop. Has anyone eaten there?
