My mother gave me a blender for Christmas. So far, then only thing I have used it for is peppers - once to make a sauce, and today to make hab powder. Some of you may recall that at last year's Open Fields, I was handing out sandwich bags of smoked and oven-roasted red habs. These were from the 2002 harvest. I still have more of these, and in an effort to clean my room, I've decided to finally grind them into a powder. This is masochism, plain and simple.
