Hi All - We're totally inundated with leftover football snacks. And, we have to think up a WHOLE NEW MENU for the Superbowl (GO PATS!!!). We had a pound of left over cooked large shrimp - so I marinated them in the juice of one lime and sprinkled liberally with Lawry's Tabasco Seasoned Salt. Served it up with Blair's Chipotle Slam. Damn, that was good. Now to doctor up that beef stew... Helen - waiting for Baseball Spring Training to start....
