Following my general rule with Asian foods ("If it has pepper, buy it") I
bought a can of bamboo tips from
*takes deep breath*
The China National Cereals, Oils, and Foodstuffs Import and Export
Corporation.
The front label says "Chilli Bamboo Shoots Tip"
The ingredient listing says "Bamboo Shoots, Tip Chilli, Salt, Oil"
