Hi, Cameron and everybody;

Our sheep droppings mix with straw and hay on the stall floors.
This mix gets piled outside and aged for a year. We get about 2000
pounds a year.

The uncomposted top half of the pile we use as mulch around the
plants, eventually about 6" deep. We apply it after the soil is
well warmed up. This keeps out the weeds and feeds the soil.

The bottom half of the pile ends up looking like potting soil. We
use it as compost.

So, in other words, we eat the sheep poop. We just run it through
some veggie plants first.... Same for the horse poop and chicken poop.
