Hi Came across the following at A&P today: Yancey's Fancy Serious Heat Pasteurized Process Aged Cheddar Cheese with Habenero & Jalapeno Peppers, "Cheese With An Attiutude". Of course I bought some. It does have a really nice touch of heat. No sweat or eyes watering, but lots more than the usual "hot" from a grocery store. Cheers Karen
