I"m not normally a retard, but I have to say I'm a bit perplexed by this new food mill we got for Xmas from Bed Bath and Beyond. I want to use it to make guajillo sauce to separate the skin from the fruit, rather than trying to strain it all through a strainer, which is a true pain in the butt. :) Is there a trick to these?
