-------- ------------
--------------------------------
     1/2 tsp salt
     1/2 tsp pepper
   1 1/2 tsp Splenda Sweetener
   1 tbsp Penzey's Bangkok Seasoning
   2 scallions (green & white
parts) -- thinly sliced
     1/2 lb large shrimp -- deveined &
shelled
   1 tsp chile paste w/garlic
   2 tsp garlic -- minced
   2 tbsp vegetable oil
                        Accompaniment:
                        cauliflower "rice" -- OR
                        basmati rice -- cooked

In small bowl, combine salt, pepper, Splenda and
Bangkok seasoning. Mix well. Make sure all ingredients
are prepped before cooking. Very important tip!

In a wok over HIGH heat, heat the oil. Add the shrimp
and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until they're almost
pink. Add the chile paste and garlic, and continue to
stir-fry. When the shrimp are completely pink, add
seasoning mixture. Stir for 30 seconds. Turn off heat
and divide shrimp between serving plates. Top each
serving with a sprinkle of scallion.
