down any one brand, because it's just one person's opinion, but I find that most of the brands are about the same with the exception of Goya (which seems to be in a tomato sauce, not adobo sauce). Otherwise we have had good luck with most of the brands we come across. The heat seems to vary not only from brand to brand, but also from batch to batch within the same brand. We are lucky in that we have some great ethnic grocery stores around us, and we found a couple of nice Mexican stores that keep us supplied. Even our regular supermarkets (the big chain stores) usually carry chipotles.
