Been there...just haven't done that. It's a great site for anyone who owns a Weber Smokey Mountain, but there just so much to smoke and so little time! We've had good luck dehydrating a variety of peppers (habs, puriras, cayenne, lemon peppers, pequins, etc...), but we've just never gotten around to smoking them. We have found a nice smoked corn/jalapeno butter that we make to sauté shrimp, but it's the corn that is smoked and not the jalapenos (I"ll look for that recipe if anyone is interested...). If anyone has any good chile recipes for the grill or a smoker, let me know!
