You have to copy and paste all the lines for the url (it's probably split
across multiple lines in your e-mail) get everything up to and including the
'WDVW' at the end of the url:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=11185&item=3091302640
&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

I just checked and it's still working.
