Yes, the label does say "souce" not "sauce"...

I got a small jar of this at the Jaffa Super Market here in Columbus.  The 
heat is only moderate, but the aroma is fantastic!  Very rich and, um, 
red-smelling.  It's more of a paste texture than a sauce that can pour.  
Product of Turkey.  Ingredients are crushed red pepper, water, and salt.  I 
would like to mix this 50/50 with oil, and marinate artichoke hearts or 
eggplant.
