[CH] Apricot-Habanero Vinegar

This is awesome as a marinade or basting sauce for pork.  I'm sure it could
be used for salad dressng too.

In a medium saucepan, heat two cups white vinegar to 180º.  Add one 10 ounce
jar of Smuckers (or another brand, if you can find one without added sugar)
Simply 100% Fruit
Apricot Spread. Add one or two diced habaneros.  Stir and and heat to 160
degrees F. Then remove from heat and let chill in a tightly covered
container for 5 days. Store this product in the refrigerator.
