   Back from Korea.  Good bibimbap served on the KAL flight.  Neat little miniature toothpaste tube-like container of chile/garlic paste brightened it up nicely.

   Ladybug larvae on the spirea plants out front decimating the aphids that tried to take up residence.  Nice to know they're around should aphids head for the chiles... speaking of which...

   Only 8 plants this year, all from Family Tree Nursery.  4 cayenne,
4 serrano.  All under 8", in tomato cages to protect against wind.  Better than nothing.

   They're putting in a Habanero's Restaurant right outside the front gate of Ft. Leavenworth, so things are looking up.
