Hot peach aspic ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ 1 env. plain gelatine two 3-oz. pkgs peach or apricot gelatine 1 1/2 c boiling water 1 c orange juice 3 Tbsp lemon juice Grated zest of one lemon 1 1/2 c fresh mashed peaches, sweetened if desired with 1/4 c sugar 1 habanero, split and seeded (or more to taste) 1 slice fresh ginger, optional Add habanero and ginger to water and bring to boil. Pour through a strainer into a bowl. Dissolve both gelatines in the water. Add other ingredients and pour into a 6-cup ring mold or an 11x7x2" Pyrex dish. Chill until set.
