   I've never much cared for the flavor of apple cider vinegar in anything.

   The hot sauces I have from d'Oni have rice wine vinegar in them.  That doesn't bother me, but I only ever use them for oriental meals.

   Has anybody tried balsamic vinegar in a hot sauce?

Scott... yeah, the good balsamic is expensive... KCK
