Mustard oil is the Mustard World's equivalent of Pure Cap. It can be either
naturally derived or synthesized. This from the folks at Silver Spring, who
make a pretty hot horseradish mustard called Beer-n-Brat (available at many
grocery chains or in large bottles at Sam's Club). Standard disclaimers.
Blue skies,
Frank
