Which reminds me....
I've been wanting to ask this for a while regarding Medusa chiles, but
Yatsafusa is another good example. I've noticed that you grow lots of Medusas
for OF every year and so I tried them last year. They were attractive, but I
thought they were otherwise pretty uninteresting. For eating, there are
several chiles of similar heat level that I would prefer to Medusa (cayenne
comes immediately to mind).
Do these chiles serve some commercial purpose? Does someone say, "Jim, I need
200 lbs. of Medusas this year"? I wouldn't ask you to give away any secrets,
but could you answer in a general sense?
How about home gardeners -- do you grow these chiles for a specific purpose
other than looks? How about Marbles?
Hope everyone's garden looks good....
