[CH] 8th (almost) Midwest Hot Luck!

Hello All...Plans are now underway for the 8th (almost) Midwest Hotluck to
take place on Sunday, October 17th.
Renee Watson, long-time member of this list and CH extraordinaire will host
the event in Minneapolis. She is truly a committed chilehead host and comes
with more food and stuff than our small but dedicated band can consume. I'm
forwarding her post with more details.
Hope we will have some Newbies this year plus our good friends Big Tom and
wife, Cindy from Des Moines, John and Chery Parkhurst from KCK and John
Knoll (JJK) from Topeka. The beautiful Midwest is even more beautiful in
the fall (biting critters are gone and the location at Minnehaha Park is
great) so perhaps some of you from others areas will consider driving over
and making it a fall color week-end.
