Hooray Tony! Don't thank me though- it was allt he rest of these fine folks who provided the information :-) Also just came back from inspecting the open fields fields. Despite all the rain we've been having, and the record cold temps, the fields look to be in pretty good shape. Some areas are better than others. Report: We will have the following chiles out the wazoo (& doesn't THAT sound lovely :-P) Fatili's, Habaneros (Chocolate, Orange, Red Savina(R)), Tepins, Tabascos, New Mex (Sandia, Big Jim, Chimayo) & Peters. The rocotos are struggling a bit (bad area of the field) as are the John T's, African Fish, & Acongaguas There are enough of the remaining chiles to give folks a pretty good idea of what they're about. The chiles have PERMANENT (I hope) LARGE tags that are easy to read :-) There will also be maps again. Consider this another invite to the Open Fields. Okay Tony?? :-) -Jim C wildpepper.com
