This was posted here in Chile-Heads a few years ago:
Pico de Gallo
2 cups (1 pound) tomatoes diced into 3/8" pieces
1/2 cup diced white onions
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 1/2 tablespoons stemmed, seeded, and minced jalapeņos
chopped habaneros to taste
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 teaspoon or LESS salt
Combine the fresh ingredients and chill
Looks as tho you can make it as "nuclear" as you like! Keep the jal
seeds and add more habs!
