Hi, we love it too! Most of the time with Turkish bread but I found It's also great for cooking rice, Just take rice for 4 people, and add a table spoon Ajvar in the water (and salt...rest as normal) Very nice and gives a great color too. Or when ever you have a recipe wher you have to put in tomato past... use Ajvar.... ... also great... slice fresh jalapeno's in half, remove seeds and stems and fill them with Ajvar... HMMMM!.
