Hi Karen,

Basically, you go I78 to I81 to Harrisburg.  Near Harrisburg you get on I83 
South to York, go past York and then get off to go to Red Lion.

However, there are ways, using Route 30, to avoid Harrisburg.
Shortly, I'll send you detailed directions off-list.
