[CH] Open Fields 2004 & Dates for 2005

I would like to thank all those who came to the fields & made the event
such a success. It ain't me that makes it happen, it's all the great CH
folks that show up that do!
Consider this the first official invite for 2005 :-) Mark your
calendars for Sept 24th & 25th. That last weekend in September seems to
be the consensus.
I also need two things from the list, if yawl don't mind....
1) A list of suggested chiles to grow for next year.
2) Some suggested themes for the event.
FoodTV said it would be at least 5 weeks before they knew an expected
air date for the footage they shot. I have no idea how long the segment
will be. Some folks said about 5 minutes, which means that 8 hours and
55 minutes of footage is going to get left on the cutting room floor :-/
I'll be sending Russ's poster out to him this week, though I've no idea
when he'll be able to see it. I have no more information other than
what has been on the list.
