I tried a new (to me) product tonight to make dinner.  It's a "cooking 
sauce" product by Nando's, who does the BEST Portugese style chicken in the 
world at their restaurants.  They are in the US too.  We have several 
although not too close since we moved.  Anyhow, last time I bought their 
coconut curry cooking sauce to try over chicken. Made it tonight, it was 
sensational!  Quite hot, but not over the top.

The sauce made an excellent vegetarian side dish (rice) tonight too.
