I transferred it to a woozy bottle (it took a Very Long Time to go through the funnel) and brought it along to my birthday dinner - orange beef, nicely done but made nicer. The LBHS plugs perfectly into the Asian flavors. BTW with dinner I had a glass of plum wine, which made me wonder about combining some of that with a hab sauce. Thanks, Paul! - A
