MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

       Title: Honey Spice Glazed Turkey
  Categories: Poultry, Chilies
       Yield: 12 servings

      12 lb To 16 lb turkey; thawed if
            -frozen
     1/8 ts Ground red (cayenne) pepper
     1/4 ts Ground cumin
     1/4 ts Ground allspice
     1/4 ts Salt
     1/2 ts Garlic powder
       2 ts Chilli powder
       1 ts Water
       2 tb Honey

   Roast turkey in shallow roasting pan in 325-degree oven, or cook on
   outdoor grill using indirect heat method.

   Combine red pepper, cumin, allspice, salt, garlic powder, chili
   powder, water and honey. When turkey has about 45 to 60 minutes left
   to cook, brush glaze over skin. For oven-roasted turkey, loosely
   cover breast and top of drumsticks with lightweight foil to prevent
   overcooking.

   Yield: 12 to 16 servings.
