Combine red pepper, cumin, allspice, salt, garlic powder, chili powder, water and honey. When turkey has about 45 to 60 minutes left to cook, brush glaze over skin. For oven-roasted turkey, loosely cover breast and top of drumsticks with lightweight foil to prevent overcooking. Yield: 12 to 16 servings.
