I'll have to try and pay them a visit when I'm over there in February

As good a time to mention this as any I suppose- I just committed to
doing BOTH Australian chile pepper festivals in February.  There's one
in Perth on the 12th & 13th (Gingin- Mark Winterburn's) and another in
Melbourne (Jindivick- Haggis's) the next weekend.  I'll also be sneaking
in a trip over to Kiwi to see the famous Bay o' Plenty and a retired
Grandad that resides there :-)

I'll be packing lots of goodies if any CH members can get by to visit!
