The first batch I made of these Hot Smoky Nuts I used Chipotle powder instead of the hot sauce and they weren't quite hot enough so the next batch I also add Jim's Smoked Red Savina - lots better. Below is the original recipe but I also added English walnuts and some macadamias hence name change. I used at least 3 cups of nuts and still the 1/4 cup of butter was plenty imo. Good snackin' ~~ Boo ~~ HOT SMOKY PECANS ¼ C butter, melted 2 T soy sauce ½ t hot sauce 1 T Worcestershire sauce 2 C pecan halves 1. Stir together all ingredients; spread pecans in a single layer in a 15X10 jellyroll pan. 2. Bake at 300 degrees, stirring often, 25 minutes or until toasted.
