I don't have a recipe handy (probably because my family doesn't write
too many down) but you could try a sweet potato casserole. It's a
simple casserole, generally topped with pecans and marshmallow. A large
one could use up to about a cup of pecans and would probably pair well
with the other flavors.
Whatever you do -- don't use canned sweet potatoes. Heck, I didn't even
know they existed like that until my WI-born wife said she didn't like
sweet potatoes. Turned out she *only* had canned ones. :) For that
matter, baked sweet potatoes are the best.
